Key Features

• Optical MADI Upgrade: Expands your PULSE16 to a full PULSE16 MX with 64 MADI inputs and 64 MADI outputs via the integrated SFP port.

• High Sample Rate Support: Use all 16 x 16 analog channels and convert to MADI and ADAT at sample rates up to 192 kHz (ADAT with SMUX/4 = 8 channels).

• Flexible ADATMADI Routing: Up to 32 ADAT I/Os can be used for conversion and routing from/to MADI, perfect for complex studio and live setups.

• Multimode or Singlemode Ready: The same hardware platform is used for PULSE16 and VERTO MX; VERTO MX units can be easily switched to MADI Singlemode with the appropriate module.

• Official Ferrofish Hardware: Only genuine Ferrofish SFP MADI modules are supported and covered by warranty, ensuring full compatibility and reliable performance.

Compatibility & Standards

• Multimode Only on This Page: This product is the MULTIMODE version.

• Singlemode Incompatible: Multimode and Singlemode are not compatiblethey use different cable types and cannot be mixed in one MADI optical link.

• Matching Standards Required: Always ensure the unit on the other end of the MADI connection uses the same standard (Multimode-to-Multimode or Singlemode-to-Singlemode).

• Warranty Notice: Using SFP modules from other manufacturers may lead to malfunction and is excluded from warranty.
