Sabian 20″ Medium Ride AAX
The Sabian 20″ Medium Ride AAX delivers a bright, cutting tone with excellent stick definition and a responsive feel under the stick. This modern ride excels in tracking sessions and mixing contexts where clarity and projection matter, offering a cymbal that cuts through drums and other instruments in a full kit mix without excessive wash.
Tone & Character
Built from B20 Bronze—a copper, tin, and silver alloy—this ride produces a bright sound profile that sits clearly in dense mixes with articulate definition. The smaller, raw bell design contributes to focused tonality while the larger-rounder hammer peen, applied with a thinner weight than standard, creates a responsive surface that captures controlled stick technique with precision in the recording.
Design & Build
The Medium weight construction balances durability with playability, making this cymbal ideal for home studio tracking and professional recording environments. The modern styling and raw bell finishing deliver the clarity and contemporary sound character that translates well across production styles and genres.
